Join our team as a Kommissionierer and be a pivotal part of our warehouse operations! This position, perfect for those with 0-3 years of experience, will have you diving into all aspects of order picking, packing, and shipping. We value efficiency and accuracy, and our goal is to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.

• You will be responsible for accurately picking products from our inventory based on customer orders.
• You will pack and prepare products for shipping to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.
• You will track and manage inventory levels, ensuring everything is accounted for.
• You will operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and Schnellläufer, to move products efficiently.
• You will maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
• You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience is not required, it is preferred. Below are the key qualifications we are looking for:

• You have 0-3 years of experience in warehouse or similar roles.
• You possess a valid Staplerschein (forklift license).
• You hold a valid driver’s license (Führerschein) and have access to a personal vehicle (PKW).
• You have the ability to operate Schnellläufer (pallet jacks) efficiently and safely.
• You are proficient in German, with additional language skills in English, Romanian, or Polish being an advantage.
• You are able to work early and late shifts to accommodate varying operational needs.
